The Events

Event 1 - Pack City Chick

10:00 min Time Limit

(3..2..1..Go!) Wearing a backpack weighing at least 50/25# over a 500M+ course...
• Run 100m+/- to Burpee station
• 25 Burpees to 15# weight plate
• Run 100m+/- to Sledge station
• 25 Sledge Hammers (Carry sledge hammer remainder of course)
• Run 100m+/- to Squat Jump Station
• 25 Full Squat Jumps w/ Sledge Hammer
• Run 100m+/- to Ball Slam station (OK to set Sledge Hammer down)
• 25 Ball Slams (Carry ball and sledge to finish)
• 100m+/- run to finish
• Stand on weight plate with ball and sledge secured (TIME)

Score is by time.  If you do not finish, your score is total reps (up to 100.

Event 2 - SCT 
8:00 min time limit

5 Squat Clean Thrusters (Progressive by round)
50m Sprint (1 rep per 10m, total of 10 reps per round)
5 Box Jump Up/Overs
50m Sprint (Back to bar station)

• Squat Clean Thruster weight will start at 95/65 and increase by 20# per round for male competitors and 10# per round for female competitors
• Competitors will have to load their own bars
• Bar CANNOT be dropped until female competitors have reached 95#, male competitors 155#
• Box height is 30/24" and stepping onto and off of box IS allowed.  Hands on box is NOT allowed
• Each round is worth 20 points (up to 120)

• ALL competitors NOT modifying the workout will use standard Olympic bars w/ spring collars

Event 3 - Pop-Eye

9:00 min Time Limit

10 Deadlifts,          15 Hand-Release Pushups
8   Deadlifts,          20 HR Pushups
6   Deadlifts,          35 HR Pushups
4   Deadlifts,          30 HR Pushups
2   Deadlifts           (End of section 1)

Deadlift weight: 315/190 

(Section 2 begins)
and in remaining time, complete as many muscle-ups as possible.

Score is total reps of section 1 & 2. Section 1 is worth 120 points.
